  • Tyco Flow Control acquires Abdip Hose & Fittings and ACJ Enterprises which is then merged with
    Senior Flexonics to create Flexonics Flexible Piping Systems

2012

  • Tyco Flow Control merges with Pentair

2013

  • Flexonics Flexible Piping Systems is divested by Pentair and is now privately owned
